Putting the ring on and taking it off is very easy, it just takes some getting used to.
To get the Andro-switch moves right, you can find all explanatory videos under the TUTORIALS tab.
How should you place the contraceptive ring?
In order to be efficient and comfortable to wear, the contraceptive ring needs to be placed on the penis, as close to the pubis as possible. It is important to slide the whole penis plus all of the scrotum skin – without the testes – into the thermal ring. Lacking space, the testes will naturally move upwards and into the pubic sac.
The thermal ring needs to be touching the pubis (the area right above the penis) and the perineum (the area between the anus and the scrotum).
The thermal ring allows the testes to remain in an upward position.
Andro-switch is designed to create a slight push-up effect that retains the testes in this upward position.
If you accidentally inserted a testicle into the thermal ring, remove the ring carefully and start again.
Here is an image depicting the position of the thermal ring. You will find that the testes are above the device, which is in contact with the pubis and the perineum. The scrotal sac is obviously empty. The device is placed correctly if the testes are resting in an upward position as shown on the picture.
