We make a point of respecting your privacy. You can rest assured that your product will always be delivered discreetly, whether you choose to get your parcel at home, at your workplace or at any other address in France.

Packaging

All of our orders are packed in a cardboard box without any brand tag. The outside of the package bears no indication of its contents, only the carrier’s tag. As a result, only you will be able to know what the package holds.

How many days doest it take for the product to be delivered?

For logistical reasons, the Standard delivery option allows a 7 to 21 day delivery period.

What if I am away when the package is supposed to be delivered?

All orders are delivered at the delivery address you selected. If our carrier cannot deliver your order, they will make two other attempts. If they still cannot deliver your order, they will tell you where and when to pick up your parcel.

How can I make sure the delivery will be discreet?

What are standard delivery hours?

From Monday to Friday until 6 PM. 

All orders are delivered at the delivery address you selected. If our carrier cannot deliver your order, they will make two other attempts. If they still cannot deliver your order, they will tell you where and when to pick up your parcel.

FAQ Returns


What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days starting on the day of purchase to return the product and get a refund. Please note that the returned products cannot have been used, need to be in the same condition as when you first received them and be returned in their original packaging.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please do get in touch with our Customer Service, we will help you out.

What are the terms of refund?

Refunds are done directly on the payment card/PayPal account used to make the purchase. Refunds are done within 14 days after reception of the return products.
